New building and rooms with big windows based on the photos in their posting. Had beautiful a safe, multi-channel TV, and a refrigerator. Favourable, magnificent location in the middle of jackson. Again, walking distance to Phuket Bird Park.

The room we had was a good size, with a comfy double bed and a small kitchen area. 🛋️ the decoration was pleasant, and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely lovely, with beautiful colors that made me feel happy and relaxed. The general areas of the hotel were very well maintained and clean. As a senior woman, I found it very accessible and easy to navigate around the hotel.

I would have loved to have more activities and entertainment options for senior people during the vacation.

The location here is great - it's close to shops and restaurants in the area. We popped into La Famiglia for some coffee and yummy treats, and it wasn't too far from here. Our double room was super new and fresh 🌟.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it was just a stone's throw away from Tiger Muay Thai, which made it so convenient for my daily training sessions. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy for me to grab a quick bite or stock up on essentials. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even helped me book city tours and scooter rentals. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, and the wi-fi was reliable throughout the premises. I also enjoyed the delicious food served at the cafe in the lobby. the service and amenities here exceeded my expectations!

I liked that the hotel had a brand new appearance and the housekeeping staff came every day to clean the rooms. The outdoor pool was also a nice feature to enjoy during my stay. the hotel's location was convenient, especially if you were planning on participating in one of the nearby Muay Thai camps. It was also nice to have a courteous male manager on duty who was attentive to guests' needs.

The staff's attitude and vibe were really bad. They seemed uninterested in providing good customer service and frequently responded to questions or requests with a negative attitude.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as slow internet and occasional noise from the pool, I would definitely recommend this hotel. You'll have no trouble getting to and from your training sessions. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a little kitchenette and a comfortable bed. You can also enjoy the use of two pools, including a newer one that is particularly nice.
